Cabin #1 overlooks the beautiful White River.  It boasts river front views with a large porch and plenty of seating. You can walk right off the porch with your fishing gear and start catching that famous White River trout! Newland's Resort also has a private dock for guests with boat access.  Cabin #1 has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, living room, internet, cable TV, central heat/air, large porch overlooking the White River, charcoal grill, outside water hydrant and fire pit. 

Supplied in cabin: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, linens, trash bags, dish washing & laundry supplies, and towels.  

Check-in: Door will be unlocked for your arrival. 

Check out: Please dispose of trash in the Resort dumpster, towels in bin, fold back sheets of slept-in beds, put dishes in dishwasher or back in cabinets. 

Rules: No smoking inside the cabin!
